Returns
If the product arrives damaged or wrong size no worries! Shoot us an email at wecare@iamnotabrand.in within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll sort you out with a free exchange.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange due to size issue please note that the exchanges will go through a quality check by our team. We can't accept returns if the product has been used, damaged, or doesn't have all the tags intact. To commence an exchange, kindly get in touch with our customer service team at wecare@iamnotabrand.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please note, customers are responsible for covering the nominal shipping charges (determined by the number of articles and their weight) during the exchange process.
Cancellation/Refunds
Please note, all sales are considered final, and therefore, we do not entertain any cancellation or refund requests.
Important Points to Remember:
- For hygiene reasons, all exchanges will go through a quality check by our team. A few things to note—we can't accept returns if the product has been used, damaged, or doesn't have all the tags intact.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
(1) the product/s are returned after use or
(2) the product/s are damaged - The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on wecare@iamnotabrand.in on the same email thread.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days, subject to availability.
- Exchange can be done on the same product only once.
- Please note, we do not accommodate returns or exchanges for size or colour modifications. Kindly review the size chart and colours thoroughly before placing your order.
- It's important to follow the wash care instructions to maintain the print quality. Kindly refer to the care label/tag for specific guidance. We cannot be held responsible for fading or damage resulting from improper care.
